A Static Export Workflow for Django and PHP
Use familiar server templates to generate public HTML while keeping runtime requirements explicit.
The Lab / Topic
Exporting public pages from a Django or PHP application means capturing the intended output, not simply copying server source files to a static host. Start with a deliberate list of public routes and the data state each page should represent. Identify personalized responses, form processing, authentication, and other behavior that must remain with a running application or another configured service.
The Django workflow overview and PHP workflow overview help frame those decisions. Test a representative export with nested assets and links, then repeat it after changing source content. Keep private data outside the public artifact and document the refresh schedule, because a snapshot only reflects the information available when that release was generated.
