Astro

Astro can prepare content pages during a build and add browser interactivity where a task needs it. Start by keeping the main reading experience in meaningful HTML, then choose the boundaries and loading timing of interactive components deliberately. A menu, local filter, and optional diagram may have different requirements, even when they appear on the same page.

The Astro overview introduces that model. Use the performance workflow to inspect the production output, including images and scripts beyond framework components. Measure a real visitor task before changing hydration timing, and keep any features that require a server runtime documented. Static pages and configured services can work together when their responsibilities are explicit.
