Accessibility

Accessibility work follows the whole path a reader takes through a page. Can they understand its headings, find the main content, identify links, and operate controls with a keyboard? Check visible focus, form labels, useful image alternatives, and the order in which information appears. A component's appearance provides only part of the evidence about whether that experience is usable.

Begin with the accessible static site workflow, then apply the same checks to a representative page with longer or more complex content. The HTML5 structure guide helps establish meaningful document regions. Repeat the review after shared components change, and treat automated findings as useful inputs alongside direct interaction and careful reading.
